Rami Kalish
Chairman of the board
Mr. Rami Kalish has extensive experience in venture capital and international management in the high-tech environment. Mr. Kalish has been active in the field of venture capital since 1992, and has served as Managing General Partner since that time.
Prior to founding Pitango (originally under the name Polaris), Mr. Kalish garnered rich managerial experience at high-technology firms in the U.S., Europe and Israel. He previously held sales and marketing positions at IBM and senior executive roles at Orbotech (NASDAQ:ORBK), a leading manufacturer of capital equipment for the PCB and semiconductor industries.
He earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Information Science from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Goldman
Director
Dan Goldman is the V.P. Finance of Iscar
LTD. a world leader, dynamic, full line supplier
of precision carbide metal cutting applications
and supplying its products to manufacturing industries
such as automotive, aerospace and die & mold
production. The Group employs more than 5000 employees
worldwide, and operates through a network of 80
manufacturing and marketing subsidiaries in all
major industrialized countries.
Mr. Goldman joined Iscar in 1985 and since than
served in various positions within the Group.
He was nominated as the groups CFO and VP Finance
in 1995 and in his current position is also in
charge over the M&A activities of the Group
around the world. Mr. Goldman has a bachelor’s
degree in accounting and economics from Haifa
University, and is qualified as a Certified Public
Accountant in Israel.

Elkana
Ben-Sinai
CEO
Mr. Ben-Sinai, Comsys' CEO, has served as the
acting CEO, COO and VP Marketing and Sales at
Novanet Semiconductors, leading it through its
acquisition by the Mindspeed Technologies division
of Conexant Systems (Nasdaq: CNXT) in September
2000 for $150 million. Following the acquisition,
Mr. Ben-Sinai managed Mindspeed's R&D, marketing
and administrative activities in Ra'anana, Israel.
Prior to that he held product marketing and engineering
positions at Orckit Communications (Nasdaq: ORCT)
and Motorola Semiconductor Israel. Mr. Ben-Sinai
holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. |

Dr. Eyal Kishon
Eyal possesses a unique
combination of broad technical knowledge and an
intimate understanding of Israel's VC industry.
For three years prior to co-founding Genesis,
he was the Associate Director of the Polaris Fund
(now Pitango), one of Israel's largest venture
capital funds. Previously, he served as Chief
Technology Officer at Yozma Venture Capital. Eyal
also has held research positions at the IBM Research
Center and AT&T's Bell Laboratories, having primarily
dealt with development initiatives in communications,
robotics and security systems. Eyal holds a PhD
in Computer Science and Robotics from New York
University and a BA in Computer Science from the
Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
As part of his academic research and product development
activities, Eyal has authored several articles.

David (Didi) Paz
Executive Vice President of Koor and Managing Director of Koor Corporate Venture Capital (Koor CVC). Mr. Pazpreviously served as Executive Assistant to the Senior Deputy CEO of IDB Development Corporation Ltd. from 2003 and to the CEO of Ganden Tourism and Aviation Ltd. from 2000. Mr. Paz is a lawyer, admitted to the Israel Bar, and from 1998 to 2000 he served as an attorney with M. Seligman & Co., an Israeli law firm. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Third Millennium – Tourism and Recreation Holdings Ltd. Mr. Paz is also a director of Sheraton-Moriah Israel Ltd.; IsramWorld; Simbionix USA Corp.; NSC – Natural Speech Recognition Ltd.; Diesenhaus-Unitours Ltd. and its subsidiaries; Open Sky Ltd. and Its subsidiaries; AVIAREPS AG and additional companies whithin the Clal Tourism and Ganden Tourism Groups. Mr. Paz holds bachelors degrees in law and in economics (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. |
